- Be covered by a professional indemnity insurance policy in accordance with the Administrator’s Determination – Occupational Licensing (Building Services Work).
Several circumstances may prevent you from using AMR, including:

What activities can I perform in Tasmania using AMR?
AMR allows you to perform the same work you are licensed to perform in your home jurisdiction within any other participating jurisdiction.
After notifying the Tasmanian Government of your intention to work in Tasmania and checking that you comply with our public protection requirements (including insurance requirements), you can then commence work, ensuring you only work within the scope of your Home State licence.
